Q: Do the 214 Accutrons you service require a special battery?
A: NO, the 214 Accutrons I service don't require a special battery. They are mechanically adjusted to run on the readily available 387S battery. This battery can be found at most jewelers and just about any kiosk in the shopping mall.
Q: Why do other Accutron 214 repair facility prices seem so high?
A: They are often higher because their overhead is high. At Quality Time all of the 214 Accutrons are serviced and guaranteed by one person, Eric Grafton. There is no need for the customer to absorb the cost of multiple watchmakers or a commercial location.
Q: Will I receive my old parts after my watch has been serviced?
A: YES, you will receive every part that's been replaced during service. It gives you piece of mind knowing your watch was properly serviced and you'll have a greater appreciation of just how unique your watch movement is.
Q: Do I need to provide a deposit or inspection fee for repair?
A: NO, Quality Time only requires you include your return shipping address and contact information with the watch. After the watch has been thoroughly inspected you'll be contacted with an exact estimate for repair. If you choose not to have the watch repaired the watch will be returned at no cost to you.

A: YES, Your Accutron 214 is covered by a 1 year warranty on labor.
